• No Result or Time Commitments (No SLA): Enjoy support assistance without the burden of set timeframes or result commitments. Our focus is on providing effective resolutions, not meeting strict SLA requirements.
• Support Availability: Support is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CET). Please note that support is not provided on holidays specific to the region of Pontevedra, Galicia, Spain.
• VPN/SSH Server Access: To offer personalized and efficient support, we require VPN/SSH access to your GLPI server.
