1.- Ownership
This site is owned and operated by Tecnoloxías da Información e Comunicación de Galicia, S.L.U. 2.- Acceptance
This online store (hereinafter, the Service) is available to any user for their own consumption and is subject to the following terms and conditions: these Terms of Use and Contracting (hereinafter, TUC), our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy. By using the Service, you accept these TUC and all other terms and conditions. You hereby agree not to use this site for illegal purposes. Furthermore, we inform you that for legal reasons, we archive the electronic documents in which purchases are formalized. You may access these documents at any time from your profile or by requesting them at [email protected].
3.- Description of the Service
Through the Service, www.atenda.tic.gal allows the purchase of a wide range of products via our online store. The contract between TICGAL and the buyer will be executed in Spanish and English. The purchase process in the online store is as follows:

After selecting the products, they will be added to the shopping cart.

Once the selection is complete, you will proceed to fill in your personal data, select the payment method, and accept the Service’s terms and conditions.

A summary of the items purchased, personal data, product activation details, and payment information will be presented, along with the option to confirm the purchase.

The purchase formalization document will be stored in your profile for consultation. In any case, you can always request it at [email protected].
During the purchase process, you may modify selected products, quantities, personal data, and the payment method. Once the sale is completed, it will be confirmed via email within a maximum of 24 hours to the address provided. All sales are final and non-refundable due to the immediate delivery of the product. Plugins are generally distributed under the GNU/AGPLv3 license. Included support is valid for a single GLPI instance. Modification of the source code voids the right to free support.
4.- Warranty, Support, and Renewal

Updates: The customer may download fixes and improvements from their subscription area as long as the subscription remains active.

Technical Support: Provided through https://xes.ticgal.com, with an estimated response time of 72 hours.

Renewal: Prior to expiration, the customer will receive a renewal proposal (quote) with a 40% discount off the current rate.
5.- External Links
The Service may direct you to other websites via links. However, TICGAL does not control these sites or their content, which are subject to their own terms and conditions. Therefore, TICGAL is not responsible for the quality, truthfulness, or accuracy of such sites.
6.- Age
You declare that you are of legal age and possess the necessary legal capacity to be bound by this agreement and use the Service in accordance with these TUC, which you fully understand and acknowledge. You declare that all information provided to access the Service is true, complete, and accurate.
7.- Intellectual and Industrial Property
The content and information of the Service (including data, text, sound, images, or computer code), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content, is the property of TICGAL or is used with corresponding authorizations. Modification, reproduction, duplication, copying, distribution, sale, resale, and other forms of exploitation of the Service for commercial or equivalent purposes are prohibited. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
8.- Pricing and Taxes
Prices are indicated in Euros (€). Applicable taxes, such as VAT, will be applied to the product price. Transactions may be exempt from or not subject to VAT depending on your country of residence or the capacity in which you are acting. Therefore, the final price may vary from the one displayed in certain cases.
9.- Payment Method
Payment can be made via Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards, with the amount charged at the time of purchase. TICGAL is responsible for transactions in the online store. These are carried out on a secure page using SSL technology to ensure secure data transmission.

Electronic Invoice: Sent via email after purchase. Consumers in Spain retain the right to request a paper invoice free of charge.

Unification: TICGAL may group the customer’s active own services into a single annual invoice. A prorated adjustment may be made to synchronize the expiration dates of different services.

Exceptions: Third-party services always require upfront payment according to the manufacturer’s conditions.
10.- Validity of the Offer
Products and prices are available as long as they appear in the catalog displayed in the online store. TICGAL reserves the right to make modifications, updating products and services according to the market. While we strive to keep prices accurate, they may contain errors. We will promptly correct any errors, but they will not be binding on the Service.
11.- Security
The entire purchase procedure, as well as the transmission of personal and credit card data, is carried out on a secure page and encrypted via the SSL protocol.
12.- Modifications and Nullity
We may update the terms and conditions in the future. We will notify you of changes via a prominent notice on our website and/or by email. If any clause in these TUC is declared null or ineffective, it will only affect that specific provision. The remainder of the TUC will remain in full force and effect.
13.- Claims and Actions Derived from the Contract
This contract is governed by Spanish law. TICGAL informs you of the existence of the European online dispute resolution platform for extrajudicial settlements: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/index_es.
14.- Language of the Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions are presented in Spanish and English. In the event of a contradiction between the two versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
