1. Based on Interactions: Smart Assigner considers your technicians’ current workload and interactions.
2. Auto-disconnect for Inactivity: Automatically sets a technician to “unavailable” after a certain period of inactivity.
3. Manual Deactivation: A straightforward way to mark a technician as unavailable.
